Information you share
When you request an estimate, we collect the name, contact details, ZIP code, cleaning preferences, preferred date or time window, home details and notes you submit. Please do not send access codes, payment information or other sensitive details through the form or AI assistant.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your request, confirm coverage, discuss cleaning scope and arrange services if you choose to proceed. An estimate request does not reserve a date, confirm a price or sign you up for marketing.
Your text-message choice
Text follow-up requires a separate choice on the estimate form. If you opt in, Fabiola’s Home Cleaning may use automated messages and an AI assistant to discuss your estimate, scheduling requests and service updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can request an estimate by email or phone call without agreeing to texts.
We keep a record of your messaging choice, the disclosure version and when it was provided. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. We share information with service providers only as needed to provide the requested service. See our SMS terms.
Service providers and AI
Estimate and follow-up information is stored using Supabase. Twilio processes text messages when that service is enabled. The optional voice assistant is provided by ElevenLabs. Its audio recording is disabled; ElevenLabs conversation transcripts may be retained for up to 30 days. Form submissions and service-message records are separate from that voice transcript retention period. AI assistants cannot confirm final prices or appointments.
Cookies and advertising
Necessary browser storage remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics and advertising tools activate only after you allow them and the business configures its own accounts. With optional tracking allowed, campaign parameters and click identifiers may be included with an estimate. No contact details are included in browser advertising events.
Your choices
Change optional tracking through Cookie settings in the footer. To request access, correction or deletion, use the estimate form and mark the notes “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity. We retain estimate and service-message records for business follow-up and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed. A prior text opt-out may prevent automatic texts even after an estimate is saved.
